Abstract
A special attention is given to disputes on the proper owner on an example of patented IP: features of certain categories of disputes are considered – the right to sue and its subject; preclusive periods and periods of limitation; legal consequences of settlement of disputes about the appropriate owner; measures for legislation improvement are offered.
