Abstract
At the heart of the theory of a creative class of R. Florida “three T” lie – talent, tolerance andtechnologies. However from creativity to creative economy their is a whole abyss, a gaping gap in thesocial structures defi ning in each concrete place the ratio of a creative class and the symbolical capital.In article it is shown that only where the symbolical power in society belongs to a creative class, theeffect of “creative economy” is observed.
