- Contemporary social and cognitive researches are considered in the perspective of Human development theory. Dichotomy of two paradigms: intellectual resources vs intellectual capacity is examined. The primary social trends of modern tertiary education as an institute seeking the increase and explication of both Human and societal intellectual capacity are demonstrated.
