Abstract
the survey contains presentations of participants of the Round Table took place in the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Science on October 11, 2011. The participants investigated both theoretical and practical aspects of participation of Russian and German employees in factory management based on social partnership. The participants discussed such problems as options of participation of employees in factory management in Russia and Germany, levels of social partnership, the place and the role of trade unions in regulation of employees working conditions.
