- Abstract
The ideology of open science is presented in the article as an instrument for overcoming the crisis that arose in science under the influence of the development of Internet technologies. It is shown how this ideology developed through attempts to form a concept of the Internet space of modern science in the technological and philosophical plans. The projects of overcoming the crisis in science with the help of blockchain-applications are considered. It is asserted that the monitoring of ideological trends is turning into an instrument of technological forecasting, that is, in the instrument of determining the field of the technical solutions in demand.
