- Abstract
- In article continuing discussion of the author with B. Mironov (see “ONS”, 2010, No. 5; 2011, No. 3) adequacy of use of the data about height of soldiers-recruits for conclusions about the biological status of the population and about the influence of those or other processes (blossoming of a corvee economy, the Peasant reform) on a consumption level in the Russian village is analyzed. Author's interpretation of this data is given.
