- The author fi xes attention to questions of struggle against the Russian corruption, connectedwith blanks in the domestic legislation. First of all it concerns refusal of ratifi cation of 20th articleof the Convention of the United Nations against the corruption fi xing defi nition of concept “illegalenrichment”.
