- Authors consider basically the administrative and ethical problems which have arisen in a modern science under the infl uence of realities of scientifi c and technical progress and innovative economy. In our country, according to authors, experience with these problems, saved up in the European Union countries and the USA practically isn’t claimed, though as is sharply actual.
