- Abstract
- In article evolution of power business in Russia is investigated. From the Soviet period to 2000thbandits, the former athletes and Afghan soldiers, after that retired security offi cers, and fi nally actingsecurity offi cers were engaged in this type of business. Specifics of the 2000th is that the prerogotivesof the state as the depersonifi tsirovanny mechanism of maintenance of formal institutes were privatizedby offi cials and the security offi cers who used resources of the state in interests of the related groups.
