- Abstract
- General philosophical justifi cation of constitutional values is accomplished in context of themeaning of history. Three fundamental types of social processes are considered: constructing, takingshape and trials (testing, examination). The analysis leads to the idea of the tripartite testing for typesof societies: the social-evolutionist test, the humanist test and environmental test. Since constitutionsare themselves main projects for system of interaction in societies, these meanings of tripartite selftesting of societies in the context of world history must be considered as the basis for constitutionalvalues, norms, and their further interpretation.
