- The issue of interplay of intellectual property rights protections vs. competition protection isanalysed. There answers on question whether it is necessary to sustain exemptions for intellectualproperty rights in antimonopoly legislation taking into account specifi c attitudes of Russia antitrust.The international dimension of issues mentioned is considers as well as list of aspects which composesthe subject matter for seeking best of available balances between antitrust and intellectual propertyrights protection.
