- Abstract
- The article focuses on the changing role of the state in social policy, on the development of its theoretical models for the last twenty years. An overview of modern approaches to the efficiency evaluation of social policy, in the framework of which the inequality of income and expenditure may be less important than the inequality of fundamental freedoms. It is shown that the role of man in the social policy is growing, although social policy becomes more economical.
