- Abstract
- Authors investigate one of the most advanced groups of the Russian business community – the real and potential subject of modernization processes in Russia. Professional and business, social and valuable features of human potential of this group, its place in social-group structure, and also models of behavior peculiar to it and types of interactions in the problem institutional environment come to light. The special attention is given to the character of informal solidarity and the conflicts both with the power and within business community. Conclusions about the major factors and barriers on a way of crystallization of successful economic actors as perspective modernization community become.
