- Abstract
- Actuality of the article is caused by the critical state of the methodology of the contemporary science of law. It shows the theoretical-methodological opportunities of phenomenology of law in the area of their application in integrative understanding of law. The main thesis of the article is that the content-logical unity of the phenomenology of law and integrative understanding of law can become one of the foundations for the formation of methodologically strict non-classical science of law with such an object of study as legal life.
