Abstract
This article gives critical analysis of some widely propagandized in the West to-day «scientist» and «technocratic» social development conceptions. Pointing out an increasing science and technics influence on the all spheres of human activity, the author comes out against its fetishization and shows that under conditions of capitalism the possibi i у oinr use of physical wordls lawers or, namely, effectiveness criteria of cybernetics sys ems management of socio-political processes are not more than consciouly implanted Sion, ideological sence of which is the aspiration for bourgeoius to strenghthen nomic and political rule, to prevent from propagandizing of the ideas of scien i ic communism in the countries of capital.
