Abstract
The short summary: measures of Latin American countries and Russia on overcoming of influence of a world economic crisis are analyzed. In comparison with a number of regions, including Russia, Latin America has overcome crisis with small costs. This appreciably depend on the anti-recessionary potential accumulated up to its beginning and adequacy of measures of an anti-recessionary policy. Russia in a greater degree, than the region countries has suffered in crisis, first of all, because of primary unavailability of its economy to negative change of an external conjuncture.
