Abstract
The article describes some of the features of the sources of European Union law. Emphasizes their peculiar legal nature due to the combined interests of the unity of their wills. At the sometime an attempt is made to determine the causes legal uncertainty sources of EU law, which is often a consequence of the dual nature of the EU itself. The author draws attention to the possibility of operation and collaboration within the EU diverse types of sources, specific to the Roman-Germanic and Anglo-Saxon legal families, in the absence of a clear hierarchical structure.
