- Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с теорией и практикой государства социальных инвестиций. Показана общая ситуация, которая привела к появлению самой идеи такого государства, проанализированы концептуальные основы данного подхода, его преимущества и недостатки, а также степень его практического воплощения. Автор делает вывод о том, что, несмотря на то, что в настоящее время нельзя говорить о принципиальном сдвиге в сторону государства социальных инвестиций на практике, его можно рассматривать и как теоретическую конструкцию, и как возможное направление изменений государства благосостояния, которое дает ему новый импульс развития в современных социально-экономических условиях.
