- Аннотация
Мультикультурная политика – один из немногих теоретически обоснованных способов управления этнокультурным разнообразием. В то же время в российском экспертном сообществе выражаются сомнения в целесообразности ее применения в России. Такие сомнения обосновываются трудностями, с которыми сталкиваются страны Европы в процессе адаптации мигрантов, а также общественным запросом на ассимиляционную политику. Задачи статьи: 1) представить теоретические и эмпирические аргументы в пользу мультикультурной политики; 2) описать ее основные компоненты: положительное приятие и поддержку этнокультурного разнообразия и обеспечение равноправного участия всех этнокультурных групп в политической и общественной жизни; 3) оценить степень и успешность реализации компонентов мультикультурной политики в Канаде, странах Европы и России. Делаются выводы об изменениях в политике Российской Федерации в вопросах интеграции этнокультурных меньшинств за последние пять лет.
