On the Alienation of Citizens from the Right to Participate in the Proceeds of the Use of National Assets and Possibilities to Overcome It in Russia

Abstract

The author draws attention to the socio-humanitarian validity of the specification property rights included neo-institutional theory of Economics (Nobel Laureate Ronald Couse, the list of property rights 11 A. M. Honore), including the right to income (the right to possess results), and failure three-article formulas property (possession, use, disposal), which allows you to ignore the right of citizens as individuals to participate in the proceeds of the use of national property, i.e., enabling the institutionalized alienation citizens from this right. This leads to increased economic and social contrasts between the super-rich and the poor in underdeveloped countries with low wages, including in Russia. Examine how to overcome this alienation
