- Paper continues the dispute on the causes, the prospects, and the eventual consequences of the recent fertility growth in developed countries. The gap between the high (US, France, UK, etc.) and the low fertility countries (Germany, Italy, Japan etc.) may be resistant, the former likely focus their immigration policy on improving “a quality” of migration.
