- Abstract
- The article analyzes the factor of Russia’s democratic transition as reflection of current state of civil society. Particular attention is paid to influence on the processes of formation of civil society of NCO-s. The data of special studies showing that NCO-s are “training school of democracy” for participating in their activities is given.
