- Abstract
- In his discussion the author bases on the ideas outlined in the new book of V. Makarenko. The focus is on the problem of the relationship between power and society, in particular the scientific community, as well as on the relationship of scientists and managers of research institutes. Among the techniques of resistance to arbitrary power the cognitive methods are underlined.
