- Abstract
- The article discusses power as an element of economic culture. Power underpins coordination ofeconomic activities at the macro- (power triad and political-economic power on the market), meso-(power dyad – Principal-Agent relationships within the fi rm) and micro- (power dyad in the context ofmarket power and bargaining power) levels. Consequently, culture of power relationships refers to thesubject-matter of the economic theory. The empirical inquiry into power necessitates the developmentof a set of indicators that helps understand various aspects of power relationships and the collectionof primary data with the help of mass surveys, in-depth qualitative interviews, laboratory experimentsand some others methods.
