- In article the role of mass media in expansion of kinds and forms of substandard behaviorwhich is considered as the certifi cate of an accruing cultural anomy is analyzed. Communicativelyinformation technology, making considerable impact on consciousness and behavior of the modernperson and a society, forms “total virtualization” of social communications which becomesthe factor of deanthropilization of modern person, a condition of fundamental socio-culturalchanges.
