- “Round Table” of scholars conducted by the Foundation “Liberal Mission”, discusses therequirements of the Basic Law of our Russia. The reason for discussion was the development of a draftnew Constitution of the Russian Federation by a group of scholars and students of the High Schoolof Economics under the direction of M.
