- The article presents a new concept of globalization as a cultural-historical process, cyclically accompanying the history of mankind. The globalization is not only integrates humanity, but also differentiates it – by regions and types of civilizations. Currently there are several different scenarios andforms of globalization (globalities). One of the most original and productive is the Russian globality.
