- The controversial question of how J.M. Keynes’s early philosophical ideas infl uenced the essenceand the method of his economic works, fi rst and foremost The General Theory of Employment, Interestand Money is under consideration in a broad historical context. Intellectual sources, basic ideas andconcepts of Keynes’s logic of probability are presented in brief as well as major criticism of Keynes’sview.
