- Abstract
- Russian nomenclature began to take its shape under President Boris Yeltsin. During the presidency of Vladimir Putin it was undergone some transformation according to increased occurrence into the power representatives of the former Soviet secret police and other officials, personally connected with the new president. As a result of the political project of building the “vertical of power” was a transition from “state buying” to a specific clannish nomenclature-oligarchic corrupt “state capture”, which is ensured by the super presidential regime.
