- Refl ecting on the problem of methodological individualism, the author identifi es as narrow and wide use of this term. The author analyzes the different interpretations of scholars associated with how to combine the interests of individuals with those of society. The author concludes that no methodological individualism in the narrow sense, nor methodological holism can not be exclusive
