- Abstract
- The authors consider the modern methods of formal quality assessment of scientifi c texts, which are developed by means of modern information and communication technologies, placing them in the context of philosophical-methodological problems of science. The task of scientific and technical expertise is considered in the allocation of original texts from a number of possible repetitions and modifi cations, as well as in identifying the most promising scientifi c ideas and directions.
