Abstract
In article studying of methods of application of selective coding on methodology of the Grounded theory as forms of high-quality research in the sociology, begun in previous articles (“ONS”, 2012, № 1; 2014, № 1) proceeds. The methodology is applied to studying of representations of youth of St. Petersburg about the international and foreign policy relations. Categories, actions and the processes defining these representations, first of all the category “passive friendliness” are considered.
