- The authors examines the problems of methodology of economics in connection with Rubinstein’s concept stated in the article “Social Liberalism: the issue of economic methodology”. The variants of interpretation of individual and collective by various economic trends are considered. The relationship of the concept of “social liberalism” of Rubinstein with the realities of economic and social politics of modern Russia are considered.
